Amendment of the Education (Assisted Places) Regulations 1997

2.—(1) The Education (Assisted Places) Regulations 1997 (1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 10(4) and (6), substitute “£1,500” for “£1,465” in each place where it appears.

(3) In paragraph 1 of Schedule 2, substitute “£11,626” for “£11,368”.

(4) For the table following paragraph 2(1) of that Schedule substitute the following table—
