Citation and Interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Education Act 2002 (Commencement No. 6 and Transitional and Saving Provisions) Order 2003.
(2) In this Order —
“the 1998 Act” means the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 (1),
“the 2002 Act” means the Education Act 2002.
