In the heading to section 26B of the 1976 Act (discrimination by, or in relation to, advocates) omit the words “Discrimination by, or in relation to,”.

That section is amended as follows—
a
in subsection (3), after the words “discriminate against any person”, insert “or to subject any person to harassment”; and
b
after subsection (3) insert—
3A
It is unlawful for an advocate, in relation to taking any person as his pupil, to subject to harassment a person who has applied to be, or is, a pupil.
