In the heading to section 21 of the 1976 Act (discrimination in disposal or management of premises) omit the words “Discrimination in”.

That section is amended as follows—
a
after subsection (2), insert—

It is unlawful for a person, in relation to such premises as are referred to in subsection (1) or (2), to subject to harassment a person who applies for or, as the case may be, occupies such premises.
b
in subsection (3), after the words “does not apply to”, insert “discrimination, on grounds other than those of race or ethnic or national origins, by”.
