3.—(1) Article 4 of the Order is amended as follows.
(2) In sub-paragraph (1)(b), delete “or” in the last place it appears.
(3) At the end of sub-paragraph (1)(c), insert—
“or
(d)a person on the list (of natural and legal persons, groups and entities) in Article 1 of the Council Decision,”.
