Amendment of the General Teaching Council for England (Disciplinary Functions) Regulations 20015
After regulation 13 insert the following new regulation—
13A
An Investigating Committee may require an employer or an agent to give evidence or to produce documents or material evidence that the committee considers relevant to the carrying out of an investigation.
