Transitional and saving provisions
5. Despite the coming into force of paragraphs 2, 3(2), 4(2), 8 and 10(b) of Schedule 10 to the 2002 Act, the amendments to paragraphs 2, 3(1)(a)(i) and 4(1)(b) of Schedule 6 to, and paragraphs 7 and 9(1)(c) of Schedule 7 to, the 1998 Act shall not have effect in relation to any proposals published before 1st June 2003.
