Section 5 of that Act shall be amended as follows.

In subsection (2) after the word “Ministers”, where it appears for the second time, there shall be inserted “specified in paragraphs (a) and (b) of section 1(1) of this Act”.

In subsection (3) after the word “Ministers” there shall be inserted “specified in paragraphs (a) and (b) of section 1(1) of this Act”.
