3.—(1) Schedule 1, which makes provision about functions under the Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 1967 M1, shall have effect.
(2) Schedule 2, which makes provision about functions under the Fisheries Act 1981 M2, shall have effect.
(3) Schedule 3, which makes provision about functions under other enactments relating to sea fisheries, shall have effect.
