The Treasury, with the concurrence of the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 4A, 122(1) and 175(1A) and (2) to (4) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 19921 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
