The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Article 3A(5) of the Fatal Accidents (Northern Ireland) Order 1977(1), hereby makes the following Order:—
(1)
S.I. 1977/1251 (N.I. 18); Article 3A was inserted by section 68 of, and paragraph 4 of Schedule 6 to, the Administration of Justice Act 1982 (c. 53) and amended by S.I. 1990/2576.
