2. Regulation 2(1) of the principal Regulations providing for the definition of “the Regulation” is amended by deleting “as amended by Council Regulation (EC) No. 2889/2000 of 22 December 2000(1) and Council Regulation (EC) No. 458/2001 of 6 March 2001(2)” and substituting the following:
“as amended by the Council Regulations listed in Schedule 1A”
