Amendment to Schedule 2 (classes of vehicle to which the Regulations do not apply)
5. In paragraph 25 of Schedule 2, the following words shall be inserted after the words “Motor vehicles”—
“in respect of which a test certificate issued in accordance with Article 34 of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1981(1) is in force or which are”.
