Amendment to Schedule 2 (classes of vehicle to which the Regulations do not apply)

5.  In paragraph 25 of Schedule 2, the following words shall be inserted after the words “Motor vehicles”—

• “in respect of which a test certificate issued in accordance with Article 34 of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1981(1) is in force or which are”.

S.I. 1981/154 (N.I. I); the 1981 Order was amended by the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994 (c. 22), Schedule 3, paragraph 17(1) and (2) and S.R. 1987/366. Exemptions from the requirement to have a vehicle test certificate were prescribed in S.R. 1989/234.
