2. The Schedule to the European Economic Interest Grouping (Fees) Regulations 1999(1) is amended by:
(a)substituting, in respect of the entries in the first column below, the sums set out below in relation to those entries for the sums specified in relation to those entries in the second column of the Schedule to those Regulations as follows:
| (i) | entry 2 | £9.00 |
| (ii) | entry 3 (delivered at an office of the registrar of companies) | £9.00 |
| (iii) | entry 3 (delivered by post) | £12.00 |
| (iv) | entry 4 (second element) if requested otherwise | £9.00 plus £1.00 for each document supplied |
