Interpretation Act 1978 (c. 30)

10.  In Schedule 1 to the Interpretation Act 1978(1) (words and expressions defined) for the definition of “Registered medical practitioner” substitute—

““Registered medical practitioner” means a fully registered person within the meaning of the Medical Act 1983 who holds a licence to practise under that Act.”.
