Revocation and savings
2.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2) the following Regulations are revoked—
(a)the Education (Bursaries for School Teacher Training) (England) Regulations 2002(1);
(b)the Education (Bursaries for School Teacher Training) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2002(2); and
(c)the Education (Bursaries for School Teacher Training) (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2002(3).
(2) The Regulations mentioned in paragraph (1) shall continue to have effect in relation to bursaries and grants in respect of approved training in which a qualified teacher or classroom assistant began to participate or committed himself to participate before 5th January 2003.
