Commencement on 28th February 2003
4. The publication scheme provisions shall come into force on 28th February 2003 for the following public authorities—
(a)the Common Council of the City of London, in respect of information held in its capacity as a local authority or port health authority(1); and
(b)the public authorities listed in—
(i)paragraphs 7, 8, 10 to 16 and 18 to 36 of Schedule 1 to the Act; and
(ii)Schedule 2 to this Order.

The Common Council of the City of London, in respect of information held in its capacity as a local authority, police authority or port health authority, is listed in paragraph 9 of Schedule 1 to the Act.
