8. The Fire Precautions (Workplace) Regulations 1997(1) are amended by the insertion of “and regulations 1 to 6, 8, 9 and 11 of the Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations 2002,” after “the 1999 Management Regulations” in paragraph (2)(b) of regulation 9 (disapplication).
