The Southend Education Action Zone (Extension) Order 2002 No. 2766

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the Southend Education Action Zone (Extension) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 1st December 2002.

Interpretation

2.  In this Order—

“Southend Education Action Zone” means the Education Action Zone established by the Southend Education Action Zone Order 1999(1).

The extension of the Southend Education Action Zone

3.  The Southend Education Action Zone is extended for a further period of two years beginning with 1st December 2002.
