Amendment of the Olive Oil (Marketing Standards) Regulations 1987

2.  In paragraph (1) of regulation 2 (interpretation) of the Olive Oil (Marketing Standards) Regulations 1987(1)—

(a) in the definition of “the Commission Regulation”, for the words “Commission Regulation (EC) No. 282/98” there shall be substituted the words “Commission Regulation (EC) No. 796/2002”(2); and

(b) in the definition of “the Council Regulation”, for the words “Council Regulation (EC) No. 1638/98” there shall be substituted the words “Council Regulation (EC) No. 1513/2001”(3).
