Amendment of the National Health Service (Functions of Strategic Health Authorities and Primary Care Trusts and Administration Arrangements) (England) Regulations 2002
16.—(1) The National Health Service (Functions of Strategic Health Authorities and Primary Care Trusts and Administration Arrangements) (England) Regulations 2002(1) shall be amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 4 (functions relating to pilot schemes), in sub-paragraph (5)(b)—
(a)at the end of sub-paragraph (i), the word “and” is omitted; and
(b)at the end of sub-paragraph (ii), add—
“; and
(iii)the National Health Service (Out of Hours Medical Services) and National Health Service (General Medical Services) Amendment Regulations 2002(2), regulation 15 (prescribed functions of Primary Care Trusts and Strategic Health Authorities).”.
