2. At the end of the definition of “the EC Regulation” in Regulation 1(2) of the Zimbabwe (Freezing of Funds, other Financial Assets or Economic Resources) Regulations 2002(1), there is added
“, as amended by—
(i)Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1224/2002 of 8th July 2002 amending for the first time Council Regulation (EC) No. 310/2002 concerning certain restrictive measures in respect of Zimbabwe(2); and
(ii)Commission Regulation No. 1643/2002 of 13th September 2002 amending, for the third time, Council Regulation (EC) No. 310/2002 concerning certain restrictive measures in respect of Zimbabwe(3)”
