National Health Service (Pilot Schemes: Part II Practitioners) Regulations 1998

79.  In regulation 1 of the National Health Service (Pilot Schemes: Part II Practitioners) Regulations 1998 (citation, commencement and interpretation)(1), in paragraph (2), in sub-paragraph (a), before the definition of “normal hours” there is inserted—

  • ““authority” means—

    (a)

    in relation to England, a Primary Care Trust;

    (b)

    in relation to Wales, a Health Authority; and

    (c)

    in relation to Scotland, a Health Board;”.
