In exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 120(1) and (3), 121(1) and (9) and 138(8) of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998(1), the Secretary of State for Education and Skills hereby makes the following Regulations:

1998 c. 31, Sections 120(1) and 121(1) and (9) were amended by section 150 of the Education Act 2002 c. 32.
