The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 92(1) and 126(4) of the National Health Service Act 19771 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, having regard to changes in the area and functions of the West Yorkshire Health Authority and having consulted that Health Authority, the Bradford District Care Trust and the Mid Yorkshire Hospitals National Health Service Trust in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
