1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the West Yorkshire Health Authority (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 30th September 2002.
(2) In this Order—
“the old Trust” means the West Yorkshire Health Authority(1);
“the new Trust” means the Bradford District Care Trust(2) or the Mid Yorkshire Hospitals National Health Service Trust as the context requires(3);
“the trust property” means the property specified in the two schedules of trust property more specifically described in paragraphs (1) and (2) of article 2 of this Order.
