The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 5 of the Fur Farming (Prohibition) Act 2000(1), and having consulted with such persons as appear to her to be likely to be entitled to payments under the following scheme and such organisations as appear to her to represent such persons, makes the following Order:
