Transitional provision
14. Nowithstanding the amendments of the Fishing Vessels (Safety Provisions) Rules 1975 set out in the Schedule, a certificate issued pursuant to those Rules shall be treated as equivalent to a certificate issued under the Code of Practice, and any such certificate shall remain valid for such period and subject to such conditions as may be specified in that certificate.
