2.—(1) Section 1 of the Act applies to persons employed by the Authority.

(2) Accordingly, Schedule 1 to the Act is amended by inserting, at the appropriate place in the list of “Other Bodies”, the entry “The Greater London Magistrates' Courts Authority”.

(3) Section 1 of the Act also applies to persons who do not fall within paragraph (1) but who—

(a) have been members of the inner London court staff, and

(b) immediately before this Order comes into force are entitled to a present or future pension or benefits by virtue of section 15 of the Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1967(1).
