Citation and Interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Education Act 2002 (Commencement No. 1) (Amendment) Order 2002.

(2) In this Order—

“the 2002 Act” means the Education Act 2002;

“the Commencement No. 1 Order” means the Education Act 2002 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2002(1).
