(a)in subsection (3)—
(i)after “dwelling”, insert “, qualifying houseboat, qualifying park home or”; and
(ii)omit “or house or other building”;
(b)in subsection (4), omit “Subject as follows,”; and
(c)omit subsections (5) and (6).
