This Order may be cited as the Administration of Insolvent Estates of Deceased Persons (Amendment) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 31st May 2002.

In this Order, references to “the 1986 Order” are references to the Administration of Insolvent Estates of Deceased Persons Order 19862.
