This Order authorises London Underground Limited to construct works and compulsorily to acquire land for the purpose of making an extension to its Piccadilly Line from the Central Terminal Area of Heathrow Airport to the proposed site of the new Terminal 5 building. The Order also confers ancillary powers in connection with the construction and operation of that extension including the power to enter into agreements with Heathrow Airport Limited.
Copies of the plans and sections are available for inspection at the offices of the Secretary and Solicitor, London Underground Limited, 55 Broadway, London SW1H 0BD.
