TRANSPORT

With the exception of section 3 (restrictions on the provision of air traffic services), this Order brings into force on 1st April 2001 all the remaining provisions of Part I of the Transport Act 2000. These comprise sections—36 (Land) with Schedule 4,37 (Licence holders as statutory undertakers) with Schedule 5, and97 (Amendments) with Schedule 8, to the extent it is not already in force.
