For the appointment of an inspector, or the calling of a special meeting by the Chief Registrar or the Assistant Registrar for Scotland (except that no fee shall be payable where an inspector is appointed or a special meeting called by the Chief Registrar in accordance with section 18 of the 1979 Act).
