SCHEDULE FEES PAYABLE FOR REGISTRATION AND SUNDRY OTHER MATTERS

1.  For the acknowledgement of registration of a credit union (except as provided in paragraph 14 of this Schedule)— (a) where the appropriate registrar considers it appropriate, in accordance with section 1(5)(a) of the Credit Unions Act 1979, to treat a statutory declaration as evidence of a common bond;
