| 4 | The percentage of the total tonnage of household waste arisings which have been land-filled. |
| 5 | The number of kilograms of household waste collected per head. |
| 6 | The cost per square kilometre of keeping relevant land and relevant highways for which the authority is responsible, clear of litter and refuse; the terms “relevant land”, “highway” and “responsible” shall have the same meaning as in section 86 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990(1). |
| 7 | The cost of waste collection per household. |
| 8 | The cost of waste disposal per tonne of municipal waste. |
| 9 | The number of collections missed per 100,000 collections of household waste. |
| 10 | The percentage of population resident in the authority’s area which are served by a kerbside collection of recyclables or within 1 kilometre radius of a recycling centre. |
