The provisions of the Act specified in Part I of Schedule 2 to this Order shall come into force on 1st February 2001, subject to the transitional provision and the saving set out in Part II of that Schedule.

The provisions of the Act specified in Part I of Schedule 3 to this Order shall come into force on 1st February 2001 as respects England2, subject to the savings set out in Part II of that Schedule.
