25th February 2001 is the day appointed for the coming into force of—
a
the provisions of the Act listed in Part 1 of the Schedule to this Order;
b
the provisions of the Act listed in Part 2 of that Schedule, for the purpose of making orders or regulations; and
c
the provisions of the Act listed in Part 3 of that Schedule, for the purposes indicated there.
