The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 59B(3) and (4) of the Justices of the Peace Act 1997(1), makes the following Regulations:

1997 c. 25. Section 59B was inserted into the Justices of the Peace Act 1997 by section 83(2) of the Access to Justice Act 1999 (c. 22).
