Appointed days in respect of sections 45 and 47 of the Act2
19th December 2001 is the appointed day for the coming into force of—
a
section 45 of the Act in so far as that section has not already been brought in force3;
b
subsections (5) and (6) of section 47 of the Act in so far as those subsections are not already in force4.
