Amendment of the Pensions Appeal Tribunals (Additional Rights of Appeal) Regulations 2001
22. In the Pensions Appeal Tribunals (Additional Rights of Appeal) Regulations 2001(1) after regulation 4 there shall be added the following regulation—
“Loss of benefit decisions
5. A decision of the Secretary of State pursuant to section 7 of the Social Security Fraud Act 2001 (loss of benefit for commission of benefit offences) that a war pension within the meaning of that Act is not payable shall be a specified decision.”.
