In exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 326A(4) and (6), 336A and 569(1), (2), (4) and (5) of the Education Act 1996(1), the Secretary of State for Education and Skills, with the agreement of the National Assembly for Wales, hereby makes the following Regulations:

1996 c. 56. For the meaning of Regulations see section 579(1) of the Act. Sections 326A(4) and (6) and 336A were inserted by the Special Educational Needs and Disability Act 2001 (c. 10), sections 5 and 4 respectively.
