27. In regulation 25 of the Financial Markets and Insolvency (Settlement Finality) Regulations 1999(1) (insolvency proceedings in other jurisdictions), at the end of paragraph (3) add “or Council Regulation (EC) No. 44/2001 of 22nd December 2000 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters”.
