Explanatory Note
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends the United Nations (International Tribunal) (Rwanda) Order 1996 so as to provide that an application to a court for the registration of a Tribunal freezing or restitution order is to be made by a person appointed by the Secretary of State or authorised by the Scottish Ministers, to provide for orders for production of, or access to, evidence to be made at the request of the Tribunal, and to provide for the transmission of documents to be made by facsimile.
