Citation and Commencement

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Derby College (Government) Regulations 2001, and shall come into force on 1st January 2002.

Instrument and Articles of Government

2.  It is hereby prescribed that the instrument of government and articles of government of the further education corporation to be established under the name of “Derby College” shall be as set out in Schedules 1 and 2 to these Regulations respectively.
