Revocation of Care Trust designation
7.—(1) Before an application may be made under section 45(4)(b) of the 200l Act (revocation of Care Trust designation) the party or parties proposing to make the application shall consult such persons as appear to them would be affected by the revocation.
(2) Any such application shall be in writing and shall include the following—
(a)the reason why the application is being made;
(b)a report of the results of the consultation mentioned in paragraph (1);
(c)details of any steps the applicants consider need to be taken in relation to the LA delegation arrangements in connection with the revocation.
