SCHEDULE 10 E+W+S PROTECTIVE PROVISIONS

PART I E+W+S Protection for electricity, gas and water undertakers

12.  Nothing in this Part of this Schedule shall affect the provisions of any enactment or agreement regulating the relations between the Company and the undertakers in respect of any apparatus laid or erected in land belonging to the Company on the coming into force of this Order. E+W+S
