Explanatory Note
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends the Homerton Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1994 (“the Establishment Order”) which established the Homerton Hospital National Health Service Trust.
Article 2 of the Order changes the name of the trust to the Homerton University Hospital National Health Service Trust. A consequence of this change is that the main hospital site from which the trust will operate is renamed as the Homerton University Hospital (article 3).
